VOTE 2026: Election Info for Alameda, CA

Let’s Make Every Vote Count!

This election will not be a normal one, so we’re encouraging all voters to take a few extra steps to make sure their vote is counted. Check to make sure you’re still registered to vote, vote early, use a drop box if you are able, vote in-person, or mail your return ballot as soon as possible.

And don’t forget to sign your ballot! A missing signature is one of the common reasons ballots are returned.

• Vote In-Person: Open starting Oct 24 through Election Day, Nov 3 at 8 p.m. Check the link for specific times.

• Vote by Mail: Ballots will be mailed to voters Oct 5. Return your ballot ASAP. After Oct 20, please use a Drop Box.
